Didn't stay for breakfast. Location was fine for central Manchester, not too noisy
Very happy with our stay, only thing is 10am checkout, after a day of travelling on trains, some delayed & buses between Hattersley, Blackburn & Withington we needed more sleep

This place is great, and has wi-fi, a 24-hour reception, and a bar area. The friendly staff helped with my heavy baggage during my first stay. I recommend it for a great experience. I'm coming back for Xmas!...

Perfect location and really great pressured shower

Good location.
Shower was poor and lift button on 3rd floor needed fixed. Could do with some renovation - decor was dated.

The location
I booked an executive room yet was given an economy room but still charged executive rates. It wasn't until I queried it due to the very poor quality of the room that I was told I had been downgraded as they were very busy that weekend! I think at the very least I should have been informed of the downgrade at checking in! Very shoddy operating policies!
